Trama:
La serie è ambientata nel "Distretto Speciale Akatsuki" di Tokyo, un luogo senza leggi venutosi a creare dopo la ribellione di Akatsuki che ha rovesciato i precedenti padroni. A mantenere l'ordine all'interno del distretto ci sono tre organizzazioni: Helios, Artemis e l'Ufficio di Sicurezza Pubblica, i cui agenti sono noti col nome di "Scard". Tutti gli agenti sono marchiati con i "Tatuaggi Divini", che conferiscono loro il potere di allontanare proiettili e fendenti, rendendoli in pratica in...
